These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.narasimharndlab.com and any purchase you make from NARASIMHA R & D LAB (OPC) PVT. LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”), GSTIN 37AAKCN7982M1ZG. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account
You need an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details; we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
3. Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown on product pages are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and shown separately on your invoice.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your parcel’s weight and delivery PIN code, and GST applies to them as well.
- We try to describe products and show images accurately. Some images are representative, and minor differences in colour, markings or packaging may occur.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay through UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking. We do not store your payment details. A GST tax invoice is emailed to you and is available in My Account.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product turns out to be unavailable, if a delivery address cannot be served, or if we suspect fraud.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched, and you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Use of products
Our components, modules and kits are intended for prototyping, education, research and development. Electronic components can be damaged by incorrect wiring, voltage or soldering, and some products involve electricity, heat or moving parts. Please read the specifications and use appropriate safety precautions. Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, it is passed on to you; we do not give any additional warranty unless stated on the product page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage arising from misuse, incorrect installation or use outside a product’s specifications. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and project material, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
10. Grievances
If you have a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer: Narasimha, at info@narasimharndlab.com or +91 73372 24999. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rayachoti, Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
