Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we will refund you in full. After dispatch, an order can be returned as described below.
Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is:
- unused, and not soldered, wired or modified;
- in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories; and
- accompanied by your order number.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom-built, programmed or made-to-order kits and projects.
- Components that have been soldered, wired, programmed or otherwise used.
- Items damaged by incorrect wiring, voltage, soldering or use outside their specifications.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery charges, and arrange the return at our cost.
How to start a return
Email info@narasimharndlab.com or call +91 73372 24999 with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will confirm whether it is eligible and explain how to send it back.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- For change-of-mind returns, delivery charges are not refunded, and the cost of sending the item back is yours.
- Refunds for cancellations before dispatch, and for damaged, faulty or wrong items, include the full amount you paid.
